The pioneer of NAIA Athletics at Madonna when he became the first coach of the volleyball team in 1987. Starting from scratch, Abraham built Madonna volleyball into a National power in fewer than 10 years. Abraham has accrued 879 wins through '08 ranking him second all-time in NAIA history. His teams have won at least a share of the WHAC championship every season since joining the conference in 1997. Abraham also coached the softball team to the NAIA National Tournament in 1994. In 2004 he became Madonna's first NAIA Hall of Fame Inductee, and in 2005 was named the NAIA Coach of the Year.
