Perhaps the most successful and decorated athlete in Madonna history, Frost compiled an unprecedented four-year career record of 182 wins to just 15 losses.  Frost and the Crusaders accumulated four WHAC regular season, three WHAC tournament championships, four NAIA National Tournament appearances and advanced to the Final Four twice (2002, 05).

In 2005, Frost and the Crusaders won their first 47 matches en route to the NAIA Final Four. Frost, a fierce competitor and tireless worker, was honored as WHAC Setter of the Year twice (2004, 05) NAIA All-Region First Team three times (2003, 04, 05) and named NAIA All-American three times, including First Team honors in 2005. Frost set the standard for setters, graduating with a career record 6,866 assists and holds two of the top three single seasons for assists with 2,225 (2003) and 2,203 (2005).

An equally successful student, Frost was named NAIA All-American Scholar-Athlete in 2004 and 2005.
