Women finish 10th and Men finished 11th in AHBA #1

The Madonna University Crusaders competed in the American Heartland #1 Tournament on October 25, 2025, at the Super Bowl Lanes in Canton, Michigan. The team showcased solid performances in both the Men's and Women's categories during this closely contested event.

The Men's team concluded the tournament in 11th place out of 20 teams, securing a total pin count of 5,603. On the individual front, Dylan Jablonski stood out by finishing 19th overall with a notable score of 1,214, which included high games of 247 in Game 1 and 255 in Game 5. Keith McLeod also made significant contributions, finishing 31st with a score of 1,134, and excelling with three games scoring over 200. Additionally, Brandon Leavitt recorded a solid pin count of 1,126, with a high game of 247 in Game 3.

The Women's team, competing fiercely, ended the tournament in 10th place among 17 teams with a pin count of 5,005. Jillian Lipinski led the team, achieving the highest score for Madonna with an overall pin count of 1,112, which included games of 203 and 211 in Games 4 and 5, respectively. Close behind her was Cindy Doan, who amassed a total pin count of 1,038, maintaining an average score of 173.

The Crusaders look forward to continuing their competitive momentum as they prepare to compete once again at the American Heartland #2 at Super Bowl Lanes in Canton, Michigan, on October 26, 2025, for their next scheduled tournament. American Heartland #2 is scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM.
