OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. -- The Madonna University men's golf team wrapped up their regular season with a seventh-place finish at the Lourdes Spring Invitational held at The Legacy Golf Club on Tuesday. The Crusaders posted a 319.

Freshman Harrison Bowman was the top finisher for the Blue and Gold with a 76 as he tied for 15th while classmate John Doyle tied for 24th with a 78. Juniors Andrew Volk and Brandon Petzak rounded out the team score with an 82 and 83, respectively. Freshman Gabe Martin posted the final five-member team score with an 85. 

Juniors Bryce Myles and Davis Coughlin competed as individuals for the Crusaders. Myles carded an 82 to tie with Volk while Coughlin carded a 100. 

Ohio Dominican University won the event with a 295 while Aquinas College (Mich.)(305) and Lawrence Technological University (307) rounded out the top three. 

The Blue and Gold return to action on Monday and Tuesday, April 19-20 for the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference tournament championship. The event will be held at Bedford Valley Golf Club in Augusta, Michigan.
