LIVONIA, MICH.- Madonna Cheerleading hosted the 3rd Annual Crusader Classic on Saturday, February 7th and had not one, but two record breaking performances.

Madonna Advanced placed 2nd to Lourdes, topping Cornerstone and Rochester Christian. By executing a difficult stunt sequence and hitting the highest tumbling execution in program history, including a brand new running tumbling pass performed by Abby Porth. The Crusaders received their school record score. The previous record of 77.75 has held since the 2023 season, broken by the 79.53 achieved. "Breaking our record means a lot to me. I've been here since the first competitive season and seeing all the hard work Coach Amber and the team have done shows and we want it more than ever. We all came in with different expectations and together we have all reached an ultimate goal and we hope to keep building from here! I couldn't be prouder to be a part of this program!" - Senior Julianna Sadler.

It's a new chance for us to branch out and achieve more than we ever have before."

"I am so proud of the continuing climb this program sees week by week. We're fighting every single day to get better. These teams are something special. We're coming for those milestone scores next week!" said Coach Amber Hauck.
