ADRIAN, Mich.- The Men's Cross Country team from Madonna University, known as the Crusaders, delivered a strong performance at the Siena Heights Invitational held on September 26, 2025, at Heritage Park in Adrian, Michigan. Competing in the Collegiate 8k event, the team clinched second place with an impressive total team time of 2:09:07 and an average time of 25:49, earning a total score of 54.
HOW IT HAPPENED:Â
Mehdi Nait Hamoud led the Crusaders with a standout performance, finishing first in the event with an exceptional time of 24:53.9, outpacing his closest competitor by 23 seconds. Following him was teammate Mohamed Salaheddine Ensaad, who secured second place with a commendable time of 25:16.7. Yasser Soualah also made significant contributions by finishing seventh with a time of 25:46.3, and
Rayane Bacha was 13th with a time of 26:12.2. Rounding out the team's top performance was Nedjm Bensahnoun, who finished 35th with a time of 26:59.0.
