ADRIAN, Mich. - The 20th ranked Madonna University Men's Soccer team (12-1-3, 9-0-1 WHAC) defeated Siena Heights University (1-13-2, 0-8-2) on Saturday afternoon. 

HOW IT HAPPENED:

In the first half, the Crusaders would find just one goal in what would be the Jordy Lopez and Yan Brun show as Lopez would score his first goal of the game in the 8th minute from Jhonnier Torres for Lopez 10th goal of the season. The Crusaders would head to halftime with the 1-0 lead. 

The second half is where the Crusaders started to light up the scoreboard starting first with Brun in the 51st minute assisted by Daniel Watkins for Brun's fourth goal of the year. Then just four minutes later Lopez would strike again unassisted for his 11th goal of the year. Then right before the end of the game, in the 80th minute, it was Brun again who was also unassisted for his 5th goal of the year for a Crusader 4-0 victory.  

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• The Crusaders out shot the Saints 23(12)- 4(0).
• The Crusaders had 10 corners on the game. 

UP NEXT:

The Crusaders will be back on the road on Wednesday, October 23rd to take on Lourdes University. Kick off is set for 7:00 PM.
