LIVONIA, Mich. - Madonna University women's basketball faced Grace Christian University Monday evening. The Crusaders would come out on top with a final of 96-25.  

HOW IT HAPPENED:

The Crusaders came out looking to improve on the success they had Friday against Lourdes and were able to give a strong performance on both ends of the court scoring their highest point total this season as a team while also holding Grace Christian to 25 total points. The Crusaders saw contributions from the entire roster as everyone was able to play and everyone scored for the Crusaders. Aaliyah McQueen finished with a team high of 23 points while also grabbing 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Malyah Bynum finished with a career high 14 points while also tallying 4 assists in the win for the Crusaders. 

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
 

• Ava Hernandez finished with 7 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. 
• Ashley Hill finished with 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. 
• Kennedy Hayden finished with 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. 

UP NEXT:

Madonna's next matchup will be on the road as they travel to Lawrence Tech University to take on the Blue Devils on Wednesday, January 10th. Tip-off is set for 5:30.
