ANN ARBOR, Mich. –  Madonna University's Women's Basketball Team suffered a 66-49 loss against Concordia University (Mich.) in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup on Saturday afternoon in Ann Arbor, Mich. 

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Crusaders went back and forth with the Cardinals for a majority of the first quarter until the Cardinals went on a 10-0 run to finish the first quarter. The Crusaders had a hard time scoring in the second quarter only finding 8 points throughout the quarter and saw the deficit grow to 24 as they went into half down 46-22. After that it was all Cardinals as the Crusaders could not cut back into the lead as the Cardinals would go on to win 66-49  

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• Delani Robinson would lead in scoring for the Crusaders with 8 points.
• Keara Wilson and Caprice Augustine would each score 7 points.

UP NEXT
The Crusaders will end their 3 game road trip in Spring Arbor, Mich. as they will take on Spring Arbor University on Wednesday, December 7th. Tip off is set for 7:00 pm.
