ADRIAN, Mich. - The Crusaders traveled across the state to take on the Saints of Siena Heights University, where they would lose 79-27 in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup at SHU Fieldhouse.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
 
The Crusaders would strike first, scoring the first points of the game in the opening seconds of the first half. Following this though, the Saints' defense locked them down as Siena Heights went on a 43-9 run. At the end of the half, the Saints were up 43-11. Coming out of halftime, the Crusaders found themselves unable still to keep up with Siena Heights. The Saints would go on to win the game 79-27.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
 

• Ashley Hill led the Crusaders in scoring with nine points coming off the bench.
• Jac'Ana Anderson recorded seven total rebounds, leading the Crusaders' defensive effort.
