LIVONIA, Mich. -  The Madonna University Men's Basketball team defeated Great Lakes Christian College (Mich.) 80-72 inside the Alliance Catholic Credit Union Arena on Monday and Senior Night.

"Our senior class has put us in a position where we hope to compete in the conference tournament this week. They've meant a lot to the program in their time here. They've been a part of a sub .500 group three years ago to where we are now," said Head Coach Noel Emenhiser, "Great to see Arius (Richmond) play the minutes he got to play tonight, he's shown to be a resilient player into a position of respect. We're excited to see what Noah and Henry do to complete this season. We're thankful for Tim Forkin for his efforts behind the scene from laundry and video creation. All our senior class has meant the world to this team, this program, and the coaching staff individually and the relationships that we've forged. We look forward to seeing the next chapter of their lives."
