LEBANON, Tenn.- For the first time since March 10-11, 2017, the Madonna University baseball team has back-to-back wins against NAIA Top-10 programs as they recorded their second straight 3-2 win over No. 10 Oklahoma City University on Saturday afternoon at Ernest L Stockton field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Madonna struck first in the top of the third inning as Zachary Beadle drew a leadoff walk and Adrian Reed delivered a huge two-out, two-run home run to right field for a 2-0 lead.

Frankie Lucska plated the game-winning run in the fifth as Noah Renaud walked with one out and scored on a two-out double by Lucska for the 3-0 lead.

Dion Henderson, the starter for the Blue and Gold, didn't allow a runner to reach second until the sixth, thanks to some nice plays from the defense and his control of the strike zone. The Stars added two runs with two outs in the seventh, but John Beuckelaere induced a game-ending groundout to preserve the win.
