A longtime member of the Turnin2 travel program, Fitzpatrick developed into a standout player at Grass Lake High School, earning All-Conference and All-District honors all four years, along with three All-Region and two All-State selections.
2026: Appeared in 50 games with 48 starts, batting .361 with 57 hits, 25 runs scored, and 40 RBIs. Added 10 doubles and a triple while posting a .389 on-base percentage. Defensively, recorded 22 putouts and 33 assists with a .982 fielding percentage. Earned WHAC First Team All-Conference and All-Defensive Team honors while helping the Crusaders capture the WHAC Regular Season Championship, WHAC Tournament Championship, NAIA Opening Round Championship, and the program's first NAIA National Championship.
2025: Started all 55 games, batting .408 with 71 hits, 56 runs scored, and 60 RBIs. Recorded 15 doubles and 3 triples while stealing 12 bases and posting a .459 on-base percentage and .529 slugging percentage. Defensively, totaled 268 putouts and 5 assists with a .972 fielding percentage. Earned WHAC First Team All-Conference, All-Defensive Team, and All-Academic honors while helping the Crusaders secure the WHAC Regular Season Championship and earn a berth in the NAIA National Tournament.
