2022-23 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 30 games and started in 28 of those games... Finished his sophomore campaign averaging 13.7 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 54.2% from the field (160-of-295) and shot 42.2% from three (54-of-128). Young appeared in all 19 WHAC games, averaging 12.7 points, 7.5 rebounds. Young received his first career WHAC Player of the Week Honors (11/28/22) for averaging 24.0 points and 16.7 rebounds on 60.4% shooting. The Crusaders that season won their third WHAC Tournament Championship by defeating No. 6 Indiana Tech on the road, 96-83. Madonna also made history in the 22-23 season by winning their first ever NAIA Tournament game by defeating the No.8 seeded Tigers of Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) 94-67. Young once again found himself in the record book in his sophomore year, his 256 rebounds rank third all-time for a single season. Young was named first-team All-Conference for his play in the 2022-23 season. 

2021-22 (Freshman) 
Appeared in 33 games and started in 31 of those games...Finished the season averaging 10.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 steals per game while shooting 57.4% from the field (143-of-249) and 40.8% from three (40-of-98). Young appeared in all 20 WHAC games, averaging 11.9 points, 7.3 rebounds while shooting 60.6& from the field (97-of-160) and 45.3% from three (29-of-64). Young's 246 rebounds his freshman year put him in the records book as 246 rebounds are the sixth-most ever in a single season. Young was named to the WHAC All-Freshman Team for his play in the 2021-22 season.
