LIVONIA, Mich.-- The Madonna University Crusaders triumphed over Lawrence Tech in a decisive NAIA basketball league game on December 13, 2025, at Livonia, Mich. This victory marks a significant moment in their season, as they improving their record to 4-7. The final scoreboard read 65-48 in favor of Madonna.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
From the opening buzzer, the competition was fierce. Lawrence Tech scored the initial points with a 3-pointer from Sydney Garon, but Madonna quickly responded.
Lizzy Liedel and
Taylor Adamson were influential, hitting pivotal shots to tie the game at 10-10 by the end of the first period. The next quarter saw a tit-for-tat struggle, although Madonna managed to edge ahead with a 5-point lead by halftime, the scoreboard showing 28-23.
