In a challenging face-off during the WHAC Championship on November 12, 2025, the Madonna University Men's Soccer Crusaders were defeated by the Indiana Tech Warriors with a final score of 0-2. 

The match started intensely with both teams demonstrating strong defenses. However, by halftime, Indiana Tech managed to secure a 1-0 lead over Madonna, courtesy of a goal from Filip Maksimovic. Madonna's goalie, Afonso Henrique, along with his counterpart from Indiana Tech, Cuba Grant, both showed commendable efforts in guarding their respective nets.

Throughout the second half, the Crusaders searched for opportunities to even the score, but Indiana Tech maintained their lead. Xambos Statiotis extended the Warriors' lead further, sealing the victory. Andreas Michael and Emerson Nieto were credited with assists on the pivotal goals for Indiana Tech.

Despite the loss, Madonna's season record stands strong at 17-2-2, with conference play tallying at 8-1-1. The Crusaders are now looking forward to their next appearance in the NAIA Men's Soccer National Tournament.
