LIMA, Ohio.- The Madonna University Baseball team fell on Tuesday to University of Northwestern Ohio in game two of the 2021 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championship to end the postseason tournament.Â

- Ninth inning triple by the Racers to set up the go-ahead score.Â
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Once again, UNOH broke open scoring for both teams in the third inning behind a fielder's choice that gave the Racers a 1-0 edge for most of the game
- In the bottom of the eighth, Adrian Reed singled into right field sending Kyle Aniol home to knot things up at 1-1
- However, UNOH was able to slide across home plate once more in the top of the ninth to clinch the WHAC Championship over Madonna
