That's how many days the 21st-ranked Madonna University men's basketball program has waited to do what it will on Thursday afternoon, play in the NAIA Division II Men's Basketball National Championship. Nearly six years to the day of their last appearance, a loss to Southern Oregon.

This year's squad is as motivated as ever and the sixth-seed in the Duer bracket is excited to get their journey underway.
