LIVONIA, Mich.– The 24th-ranked and second-seeded Madonna University men's basketball team is preparing to host third-seeded Indiana Tech in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference semifinals on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 3 p.m.

Thanks to a generous contribution from the official banking institution of Madonna Athletics, Alliance Catholic Credit Union, the first 100 MU students with ID will receive free entry into the game and receive a free piece of pizza from Cebella's Pizza! The cost for the contest is $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors (students are anyone 8 years old through college and seniors are 60 or older) while children under 8 are free.

This is the third meeting between the Crusaders and Warriors this season, the first in which Madonna is the higher ranked team. On Dec. 15, inside the MU Activities Center, the Blue and Gold took down the No. 16 team in the NAIA by a score of 82-73. On Jan. 26, Madonna traveled to Fort Wayne, Indiana and defeated the then 22nd-ranked Warriors 85-73.

Indiana Tech leads the all-time series 23-18, but Madonna has won the last three and is 7-1 in home contests in the series since 2012.
