FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Madonna Crusaders Women's Basketball team traveled to Indiana for a short one game road trip to face off against the No.7 Indiana Tech University Warriors. One of the better shooting nights all around for the Crusaders was not enough for them to upset the Warriors as they fell 82-63.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

The Warriors held a five-point lead after the first.

The Crusaders were able to rally back and get the game back to a 10 point differential before the Warriors were able to pull ahead for the long run.
  • The fourth quarter swung the way of the Crusaders as they were able to win the quarter by four points. The Crusaders used a couple of three-point baskets from Naomi Davis, and Victoria Guardiola and two-point baskets from Claire LeRoux and Abbey Powell on their way to a 13-5 run in the late part of the fourth quarter.
