Tournament Schedule - LIVONIA, Mich.- The No. 19 Madonna University men's soccer team is preparing for the NAIA National Championship Round of 16 game vs. No. 10 Bellevue University tomorrow, Nov. 27. Both teams advanced from their opening round games to meet up in Irvine, California, where the remainder of the games in the tournament will be played.

Bellevue holds a 18-1-2 record overall while Madonna sits at 17-4-0. The Crusaders qualified for the National Tournament by winning the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference while Bellevue secured an at-large bid. Madonna won their opening round game last week to upset seventh-ranked Lindsey Wilson 1-0 and advance. Bellevue defeated Marymount College 3-0 to move on as well.

Bellevue and the Crusaders have met twice before, each side having won once. The Blue and Gold secured the first victory with a 2-1 score back on Sept. 4, 2006 while the Bruins earned the most recent win with a 2-1 overtime victory back on Sept. 1, 2008. The Crusaders are making their second-straight National Tournament Final Site appearance, while this is Bellevue's first time since 2015.

The winner of the game will advance to the quarterfinals on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. to face the winner of No. 2 ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan and No. 15 ranked Corban. After that the semi-final will take place on Friday, Nov. 30 at 6:30 p.m. and the championship game will be played Saturday at 6:00 p.m.

The NAIA Network – the association's official video-streaming home – will broadcast all final-site matches live in Irvine, Calif. The video platform, powered by Stretch Internet, allows users access to live video, statistics and social interaction on a number of devices, including mobile.
