Thomas, a junior from Brighton, helped her team improve to 3-1-1 after a strong weekend that included a win over No. 17 Cardinal Stritch. In the game, Thomas against Cardinal Stritch scored two goals and had one assist. In addition, her first goal of that game was the first of her career. She followed up that game with another solid performance against St. Francis (Ill.), as she had one goal that ended up being the game-winner. This is her first Crusader of the week nomination.
