Madonna University Athletics

Joshua Doss was named Assistant Athletic Director at Madonna University in August 2025. In his role, he oversees internal scheduling requests for athletic facilities, coordinates game day operations, including game day managers and student staff, and works closely with campus partners such as Admissions, Advancement, and Financial Aid to support the overall student-athlete experience.

Doss previously served as the Graduate Assistant Coach for Madonna men’s basketball during the 2024–25 season, where he assisted with travel, scouting, and player development. He also brings coaching experience from Becker High School (Minn.) and Point Guard College Basketball, where he specialized in player instruction and curriculum delivery.

A native of Minnesota, Doss earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota Morris in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Leadership at Madonna University.
