Despite sunny weather conditions, the game started unfavorably for the Crusaders, trailing 2-0 at halftime. But a strong second half from the Crusaders the game would end in a 2-2 draw.

Rio Grande took an early lead, putting pressure on Madonna's defense. By halftime, the score stood at Rio Grande 2-0, a challenging deficit for the home team. In goal,
Afonso Henrique faced several critical shots but aimed to keep his team in the game for the second half.
The Crusaders, determined not to let the game slip away, turned the tables in the second half. Thanks to outstanding plays and teamwork, Madonna managed to level the score.
Ryushin Hirami delivered two stellar assists, first to
Jordy Lopez and then to
