LIVONIA, Mich.  -  The Madonna Crusader's men's soccer team are preparing for the semi-final round of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference tournament when they travel down to Lima, Ohio for a 2 vs. 3 matchups against University of Northwestern Ohio tomorrow, November 13, with a 2 PM kickoff

The Racers have won four out of their last five matches as the only loss came to the top team, Indiana Tech, and have a record of 11-2-6. UNOH advanced to the semifinals after a 3-1 victory against Cleary University. While the Crusaders won a tight 1-0 match on a penalty kick against Concordia University - Ann Arbor. The Blue and Gold are sitting at 12-3-3 overall.

The Racers and Crusaders have met a total of 10 times, all after 2012, the Racers lead the series currently at 6-2-2, with the last four games being an even split at 2-2. When the two teams met last week in the regular season the Racers edged out the Crusaders on a neutral field by the score of 2-0. The Crusader's last victory came in 2018 when the Blue and Gold won 2-1.

The winner will advance to face off against the winner of the Indiana Tech and Lawrence Tech Semi-final matchup that will begin at 1 PM tomorrow. The WHAC Championship will be played in a couple of days on Saturday, Nov. 16 with the game being hosted by the highest seed remaining.
