Speight, a junior from Saginaw, was a key piece in the 24 point comeback win against #21 University of Michigan Dearborn. In the Crusaders 62-point second half Speight scored 17 of his 22 points. He was also the leading rebounder for the Crusaders as he recorded eight rebounds. Speight was part of the trio, of Dwight Burton and Joshua Reynolds, to tally 86 of the team’s 94 points.
