Gurin, a freshman from Dearborn Heights, was the top finisher for the bowling team as she finished in eleventh place after knocking own a total of 769 pins at the third WHAC Jamboree of the season. She had a 192.25 game average with a 198 high game. The team as a whole finished in eighth place.
