Sykes, a sophomore, hit his way into the lineup as he recorded three multi-hit games with a total of 12 hits in six games. His 13 RBI tied for the team lead on the week highlighted by a five RBI game against Lourdes. Leading the team to a 5-2 record on the week, Sykes drew a walk and was hit four times for a .654 OBP while playing flawless defense.
