Brauer, a sophomore from Livonia, represented Madonna at the Q Elite Half Marathon hosted by Cornerstone on Saturday, Dec. 1 and hit the NAIA Automatic Qualifying mark and placed fifth overall with a time of 1:12:43. His time was also a personal record and the first Crusader to qualify for the marathon in program history.
