BENTON HARBOR, Mich. - Madonna University men's and women's golf team traveled across the state to Benton Harbor, Mich. for the Point O'Woods Collegiate at Point O'Woods Golf and Country Club for a one day match hosted by Rochester Christian University.  The Men's team played two rounds while the Women just played one. Freshman Logan Palmateer would lead the way for the men's team, finishing tied for fifth individually shooting 11 over for two rounds, helping the Crusaders finish third out of four teams. They now made their way to Thompsonville, Michigan for the LTU Collegiate Kickoff hosted by Lawrence Tech University. Freshman John Truxal again would lead the way for the men's team, finishing tied for eighth again individually shooting 17 over for three rounds, helping the Crusaders finish fifth out of eleven teams. Freshman John Truxal led the way for the men's team, finishing tied for eighth individually shooting two over, helping the Crusaders finish fourth out of eight teams.
