Box Score FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Madonna University women's soccer team traveled for the first time in the 2019 campaign and dominated the match but ended up settling for the 1-1 tie. The draw sends the Crusaders to a 1-0-1 record on the year while the Cougars are now at a 0-1-1 record on the year.

HOW IT HAPPENED: Madonna (1-0-1) 1, St. Francis (0-1-1) 1

• The Crusaders yet again set the tone early with multiple shots.
• The Cougars got on the board with a goal in the 30th minute by Jade Thompson.
• With 52 seconds remaining in the first half Melanie Porter took a shot from 12 yards out on the right side that got past the goalie and into the back of the net.
• The Crusaders dominated both of the overtimes as they got off seven shots.
• Brianna Mozariwskyj had two shots in the final 30 seconds, with the last one coming in the final seconds that hit the crossbar.
